Founded in 2009 from its parent company Mekaka General Business, Bilham evolved into a national pharmaceuticals & medical import & distribution organization. It had started its operations with a startup capital of 4.5 million USD and its annual turnover is around 10.3 million USD.
In just a few years, Bilham was able to grow its network into health facilities, wholesalers, and local manufacturers throughout Ethiopia. Likewise, Bilham was able to further expand its growth into the medical diagnostics business by representing leading companies in the field.
Bilham’s primary objective is to nourish its existing business relationships and develop new partnerships with manufacturers seeking to penetrate markets within the country, Ethiopia. With a sole focus on medical equipment and pharmaceuticals distribution, Bilhams portfolio continues to grow tremendously in a mass scale to its expertise and dedication to serving its customers.

Our team of well trained and experienced Biomedical, Electrical and Mechanical engineers use an organized structure and workflow to ensure the delivery of effective and quality service to its customers.
For all of our customers, we provide the following;
-Deliver the purchased products up to site and provide necessary Installation, Commissioning and Training.
- Extensive after-sales service, maintenance, supply of reagents and accessories.
-Assign specific person responsible for each area that follows up with customers.
-Make close contact with our customers including follow-ups and periodic visits.
-Take necessary proactive actions to reduce equipment downtime.
